Walking for fitness is a great way to start getting active. This 8 week free course is to help inactive people get into the habit of regular exercise. Each week, the walks get a bit more energetic, but that’s OK because each week you’ll be getting a bit fitter. Week 1 breaks you in gently with 10 minute walks at normal walking speed. The other 7 weeks have walking intervals at 2 different speeds. Every week you will get an e-mail with a new downloadable walking schedule. The weekly e-mails also contain general health and fitness info, including downloadable exercise charts in weeks 5 and 6.
After you sign up
You’ll get an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you’ve clicked on the link and confirmed your subscription, you’ll get your week 1 e-mail. Then you’ll get an e-mail each week until the course ends. After this, you’ll receive updates on posts and product offers from The Fit Look. You’ll only get a notification once a week at the most, but if you don’t want to stay on this list, you can always click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mails.
